It was a restful weekend. With my sister's turn to enjoy my parents company, I had the whole house to myself. You see, my parents work on a rotation system, ie. spends 2 months with me, then 2 months with sister and so on. It works great for me as I get to enjoy the comforts of home as well as the privacy of being on my own. Hence, when people ask whether I stay with family, I always reply that they stay with me... :-)
And needless to say, when I have the house to myself, I had a "friend" stay over.
We spent most of the weekend at home except for venturing out for meals. We watched TV, DVDs and just spent time getting to know each other better. Of course, there were plenty of cuddles, hugs and kisses in between. But who is complaining... :-)
So, how well do you need to know a person before you say.."hey, wanna be in a relationship?" and how long would you take before you say..."hey, i know you well enough already"?
Surely when you get to know a person well enough, it may never be more than good friends? And isn't the joys of discovery which keeps the relationship going?
